Majapahit International Travel Fair
From May 2-5, this annual travel industry event, now in its 19th year, is widely attended and considered the largest of its kind in East Java. Held at Grand City Convex, Surabaya, this year’s theme is “Village Tourism,” showcasing East Java’s village-based cultural destinations and natural diversity. MITF programs include Travex, a business exchange between East Java tourism sellers together with domestic and overseas tourism buyers. MITF also includes a Tourism Exhibition attended by participants from East Java and other provinces, showcasing their unique products, facilities, and services.
Indonesia International MICE EXPO 2019
Held at the Kasablanka, Jakarta on May 3, the biggest MICE trade show event in Indonesia will open its doors to numerous international buyers and trade visitors to meet direct with sellers of tourism products and tourism professionals from hotels to inbound tour & travel operators, to meeting & exhibition facilitators, as well as airlines and tourism services throughout Indonesia. The event is endorsed by Ministry of Tourism Republic Indonesia and The Jakarta City Government.
Art Moments Jakarta
Art Moments Jakarta will have its inaugural fair on May 3-5 at Sheraton Grand Jakarta Gandaria City Hotel. Art Moments Jakarta was established by a team of art professionals and experienced fair organizers from Jakarta and Singapore. The event will host a spectacular art and sculpture show amongst museum quality pieces.
Jakarta International Expo
From May 22-June 30, the Jakarta International Expo (JIExpo) showcases a wide array of industries from Indonesia, such as manufacturing, infrastructural engineering, agricultural, property development and more. Covering a total land area of approximately 44 hectares, JIExpo is known as one of the most recognized MICE events of the year. The month-long plus JIExpo features 100,000 sq meters of exhibition & convention space.
BBTF 2019 returns for its sixth year from June 25-29 at the Bali Nusa Dua Convention Center (BNDCC). Organized by the Bali Chapter of the Indonesian Association of Travel Agents (ASITA-Bali), this year’s event has adopted the theme of “Journey to Sustainable Tourism" reflecting the desire of the Indonesian tourism industry to preserve and protect RI’s unique cultures and natural environment.
