Located in Kuta Beach Park, Balawista is a building that has several functions in The Mandalika area such as a beach rescue post (lifeguard), security post, medical health post, and tourism information center. Recently Balawista is equipped with a New Generation Warning Receiver System (WRS NewGen), a communication tool for the dissemination of earthquake information and tsunami early warnings from the BMKG. Kuta Mandalika SAR consisting of 6 trained SAR personnel who will be on duty in 2 shifts safely 24 hours. The six personnel are equipped with Marine SAR equipment, including: 1 rubber boat, 1 KLX motorbike, 2 ring buoys, 6 life jackets, 1 torpedo buoy, 1 dolphin spinal board, 4 palbeds, and in time nearby will be equipped with other sophisticated equipment such as the 12 meter long Rigit Inflatable Boat (RIB), jet skis, diving equipment, land search equipment and special rescue cars.
central parking with a capacity of 900 vehicles located adjacent to the mandalika bazaar. this central parking was built with the intention that the newly arrived tourists can immediately see and shop for souvenirs while walking to kuta mandalika beach. the location of the parking area is also close to the nurul bilad mosque, making it easier for tourists to do worshipping activities. the mandalika central parking operates at 08.00-22.00 local time (wita).
