Ahmad Fajar has been appointed as Acting President Director of ITDC pursuant to the Board of Commissioners’ Decree No. 22/KEP/DEKOM/XII/2025 dated December 17, 2025. Prior to this appointment, he served as Finance, Strategy, and Risk Management Director of ITDC, a position he has held since August 8, 2022, based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises as the General Meeting of Shareholders No. SK-169/MBU/08/2022. His professional career began as Manager of Foreign Exchange Trader at Bank Bumi Daya (1992-1998), then at PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk as Funding Manager (1998-2000), Senior Manager Head of Portfolio Investment (2000-2003), and Vice President Head of Debt & Capital Market (2004-2008), before being assigned by Bank Mandiri as Director at Bank Century (which later became Bank Mutiara) and as Managing Director at PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk (2008-2013).
He continued his career at PT Bank JTrust Indonesia Tbk as President Director (2014-2016) and Commissioner (2017-2018). He later became a Senior Advisor for the Indonesian Banking Development Institute (LPPI) on 2017-2018.
Before being appointed as Finance, Strategy, and Risk Management Director of ITDC, he was President Director of PT Bank Victoria International Tbk (2018-2022).

Febrina Mediana appointed as Director of Commercial and Marketing at ITDC on June 26, 2025.
She began her professional journey in the film and commercial TV industry as a producer and executive at Renaissance Films (2004–2005) and Lynx Films (2005–2007), before taking on the role of Business Development Executive and later Head of Production at Infinite Studios (2007–2012).
During her tenure, she was involved in various national and international productions while also supporting cross-border business development and production partnerships.
From 2012 to 2014, she transitioned into the lifestyle and communications industry, serving as a project lead and operational executive at several creative entities in Jakarta, with responsibilities spanning media strategy, public relations, and multi-disciplinary project management.
Between 2014 and 2019, Febrina worked in the automotive industry, trusted as Deputy Director and later Director of Marketing & Communications at Garansindo Automotive Group, managing both local and global brands such as Jeep, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, Volvocars, and the electric motorcycle GESITS.
She also served as Chief Operating Officer of Ducati Indonesia under Cakra Motor Sports.
From 2019 to 2021, she led the Business Growth Division at Mola TV, developing growth strategies and entertainment content launches for the Indonesian market.
Still within the same corporate group, she later joined the Italian football club Como 1907, first as Head of Business Growth at Galeria Como (2022–2023)—the club’s fashion and merchandising division—and subsequently as Chief Executive Assistant to the CEO (2023–2024).

Troy Reza Warokka was appointed as Operation Director of ITDC since August 8, 2022, based on the Decree of the Minister for State-Owned Enterprises as General Meeting of Shareholders No. SK-169/MBU/08/2022. He started his professional career as journalist at PT Era Media Global during 1998-1999, then continued as PR Manager Asisstant at PT Binareksa Ekajaya (1999-2002), PR Coordinator 101 FM Radio One Jakarta (2001-2005), Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at PT Avabindo Perkasa (Mahaka Advertising) (2005-2007), before joining PT Mahaka Media Tbk as Executive Vice President at Inspire (2005-2019).
He was Director at PT Mahaka Media Tbk (2019-2022) and PT Akasia Damcorp Waba (2021-2022), before being appointed as ITDC Operation Director.

Hj. Irna Narulita, S.E., M.M., serves as the President Commissioner at ITDC on June 26, 2025. She brings with her an extensive background in government, community development, and women's empowerment.
Her public service journey began as Chairperson of the Family Welfare Movement (PKK) in Pandeglang Regency, Banten (2000–2009), while also serving as Executive Chair of the Regional AIDS Prevention Committee (KPAD) during the same period. Nationally, she was actively involved as Secretary General of the Central Board of Women’s Union for Development (2012–2017), and is currently serving as Chairperson of the Provincial Women’s Organization Cooperation Agency (BKOW) in Banten for the 2025–2030 term.
In the legislative arena, she was elected as a Member of the House of Representatives of the Republic of Indonesia (DPR RI) for two consecutive terms (2009–2014 and 2014–2016). Her leadership continued as the Regent of Pandeglang for two terms, from 2016 to 2021 and from 2021 to 2025.

Asnaedi was appointed as an Commissioner of ITDC on June 26, 2025. He began his career at the Badan Pertanahan Nasional (now the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency or ATR/BPN) in 1991.
Over the course of more than three decades, he has held various strategic positions, including Head of Land Offices in Bangka Tengah, Batam, and North Jakarta (2013–2019). He later served in senior roles such as Secretary of the Directorate General of Land Rights Determination and Land Registration (2019–2020), and Regional Head of the BPN Office for East Kalimantan Province (2020–2024). On March 22, 2024, he was appointed as Director General of Land Rights Determination and Land Registration by Presidential Decree.
Asnaedi has actively participated in numerous training and development programs and has received several prestigious awards, including the Satyalancana Karya Satya X (2007), XX (2010), and XXX (2021) from the President of the Republic of Indonesia.
He earned his Diploma IV from the Sekolah Tinggi Pertanahan Nasional in 1998 and obtained a Master’s degree in Agrarian Law from Krisnadwipayana University in 2011 and a Doctoral program from the Bogor Agricultural Institute.

Ari Sihasale was appointed as Commissioner of ITDC on June 26, 2025. He is an Indonesian actor, producer, and director renowned for his dedication to films that highlight love for the homeland education and social issues. He began his career in the entertainment industry as a model and singer before transitioning into acting. In 2005, together with his wife Nia Zulkarnaen, he founded the production house Alenia Pictures and became actively involved as a producer and director.
Some of his notable Indonesian films with foreign language include Denias, Singing on the Cloud, Tanah Air Beta, Di Timur Matahari, and Serdadu Kumbang, which often explore themes of education and the lives of children in Eastern Indonesia. Ari Sihasale has received numerous national and international awards for his contributions to Indonesian cinema.

Faldo Maldini was appointed as an Independent Commissioner of ITDC on June 26, 2025. He previously served as Special Staff at the Ministry of State Secretariat of the Republic of Indonesia (2021–2024) and as a Member of The Supervisory Board at the Pusat Pengelolaan Komplek Gelora Bung Karno (PPKGBK) from June 2023 to September 2024.
Earlier in his career, he was a member of the Business Development and Risk Management Committee at the Board of Commissioners of Garuda Indonesia (2015–2017). In the private sector, he served as Director at Langgar Group (2016–2017), Managing Director at Langgar Nanotek Indonesia (2015–2017), and CEO of Langgar Kreasi Nusantara (2015–2016), focusing on SME development and technological innovation.
His dedication and contribution to empowering Indonesian SMEs were nationally recognized through the Smesco Award 2017, where he was named one of Indonesia’s 21 most inspiring SMEs.
He completed his Bachelor of Physics education at the University of Indonesia (2013) and earned a Master of Political Science degree from the University of Indonesia (2021)

Dr. Ekos Albar, S.E., M.M. has been appointed as an Independent Commissioner of ITDC since June 26, 2025. He brings a strong background in management, public administration, and private sector development, with over two decades of experience across various strategic industries.
Throughout his career, Dr. Ekos Albar has served as the Deputy Mayor of Padang (2023–2024). In the private sector, he has held key leadership roles, including serving as Director of Asco Automotive (authorized dealer of Isuzu and Daihatsu) since 2014, Director of Sunrise Internusa (telecommunications contractor) since 2014, and President Director of Heksa Jaya Abadi (palm oil plantation company) since 2012.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from IKOPIN University Bandung (1995), a Master's degree in Management with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Universitas Borobudur (2010), and a Doctorate in Management Science from Universitas Negeri Jakarta (2022–2025).
