Chairman of the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia 2026, Troy Warokka, said that providing several ticket exchange points is intended to make the process more convenient for spectators while supporting smooth mobility to The Mandalika area.
“We encourage spectators to exchange their tickets early and not wait until race weekend. Please choose the ticket exchange point according to your ticket category and pay attention to the respective operating periods and hours. By preparing in advance, spectators can plan their journey to the circuit more comfortably,” said Troy.
To exchange their tickets, ticket holders are required to bring a valid original identification document, such as an Indonesian ID card (KTP), driver's license (SIM), or passport, along with their e-ticket. At the exchange point, spectators will undergo a data verification process by presenting their e-ticket and identification to the staff before receiving a physical ticket or spectator wristband according to their ticket category.
Ticket exchanges may also be conducted by an authorized representative. The representative must bring a printed copy of the e-ticket, a photocopy of the ticket holder's identification, a Rp10,000 stamp-duty authorization letter signed by the ticket holder, and the representative's original identification document.
